As a Night Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during the evening hours, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the night shift operations, including coordinating staff schedules and assigning tasks
- Ensure efficient and timely service delivery to customers
- Train and mentor new team members
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Monitor inventory levels
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, bartending, catering, or hospitality management is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
