Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients as they arrive at the office
- Collect and verify client information
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Provide administrative support to the legal staff and attorneys
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth client flow and efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in usingcomputer software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and using office equipment
