As a Prep person for Pizza Inn, you will be responsible for preparing daily preps at a fast pace that include; shredding cheese, dicing onions, green peppers, and tomatoes.
Make pizza sauce, pizzert mix, stromboli’s, pastas, cheese bread and other items.
Duties and Responsibilities
Able to fulfill job descriptions of cut & pack and cook.
Delivers finished menu items to guest’s home or office.
Accepts payment for food upon delivery.
Keeps car clean and in good working condition.
Keeps pace with incoming delivery orders.
Knows menu and able to describe items.
Assists in answering phone, taking orders, and kitchen duties as needed, including dishwashing and trash disposal.
Assists in making pizza sauce and folding boxes.
Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
Completes opening and/or closing checklists.
Other duties as assigned by Company Management.
Requirements

Valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
Must be at least 18 years old.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND SOME NIGHTS
