Customer Service Department: Admin Customer Service Job Grade: TL-5 Reports To: Project Mgr.
FLSA: Non-Exempt General Summary: Interact with customers and sales team to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Essential Job Functions:  Enter orders into computer system.
 Ability to communicate with customers, internal sales and commissioned sales via phone, email, or in person.
 Ability to create spreadsheets in computer system.
 Ensure paperwork is filed appropriately.
 Provide orders to production as well as purchasing; provide purchase orders to customers.
 Knowledge of all company products and policies.
 Performing other duties as allotted by a manager or supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  Requires strong analytical ability, sound decision making with accuracy and attention to detail.
 Ability to apply problem solving and conflict resolution techniques and practices.
 Ability to develop effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and managers within and across organizational lines.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels in the Organization and other business contacts in a professional and tactful manner.
 Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Uses time efficiently.
 Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand.
 Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.

*Education, Certificates and Licensures: * *High School Diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience or related field preferred.

Customer Service  Mathematical Skills - Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
 Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 Computer - Skill in operating office equipment such as personal computer, software programs that include but not limited to administrative software, Microsoft Office applications, and telephone systems.
