Application Developer

Duties/Responsibilities • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop and maintain software applications using various programming languages.
• Translate technical documents between Japanese and English.
• Collaborate with international teams and assist in bridging language and cultural gaps.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in application development.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, Oracle, or C++.
• Experience with web development, databases, and version control systems.
• Ability to accurately translate technical documents.
• Certification in Japanese language proficiency (JLPT Native and N1-N2).
