Job Description This position will be responsible for supervising the work of the crew members to meet production, assign work as needed, complete necessary documentation, enforcing work rules, and handling problems as they arise.
Job Duties • Make sure paperwork is done correctly.
• Communicate with other departments.
• Perform maintenance task that are assigned or come up during shift.
• Make sure employees are filling out their cleaning schedules and completing their assignments.
• Help with sanitation, help shovel and unstop bins when needed.
• Develop management and maintenance skills which will benefit the company in the future.
• Learn and use eMaint.
Program to improve the mechanical quality of the buildings.
• Contact the building manager if a problem arises with which they need help.
Education Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
