Youth Development Professional

*Boys & Girls Club of the Greater West Plains Area - Thayer Branch is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Development Professional to join our team.
* *Job Description:* The Youth Development Professional will work with members in grades K-12 to promote self-advocacy, peer relationships, and teamwork.
This position is based in Thayer, MO.
Part time position(s) for our after school program.
Responsible for supervising children & implementing curriculum with 10-12 elementary members.
Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check screening and have open availability Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm – 6:00pm at our Thayer, MO location.
Starting pay will be $12.
00/hour and up.

* Provide support for students’ emotional, physical, and social development.
* Create a safe environment for peer relationships and team activities.
* Be a part of Boys & Girls Club of the Greater West Plains Area’s professional network and collaborate with other professionals working with youth in the community.
