Absolutely crazy, extensive antique collection - $1,000 (Jonesboro)

I am not an antique expert and I'm not the owner of these items.
I am helping a friend get them for sale on the internet.
I am going to make another post with 10 more pictures and that STILL won't be near all of it.
I was absolutely amazed when I did a walk through.
Some names mentioned were Capidimonte, Charles Andre Boulle, Erte, A book signed by Mark Twain, Empire Revival chair, a death chair.

The seller is also not an expert.
He is very motivated to sell but not willing to cut prices crazy.
While asking for prices on the best looking pieces, the lowest price I heard was 3k and the highest was 18k.
There are also cheaper items but definitely not thrift store prices.
