The Administrative Specialist III provides administrative support to operations at a UAMS Kids First Clinic.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of administrative experience.
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Assist internal and external stakeholders as needed with exceptional customer service.
Provides coverage for assigned phone lines daily; transfers calls and records messages as instructed.
Routes reports, correspondence, and other material via interdepartmental and other mail delivery services.
Assist in scheduling appointments and reminding families of upcoming appointments and clinic events.
Other duties as assigned
