Department: Dean of Health Professions Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Responsible for researching and preparing special reports.
• Creation, examination, and verification of documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, including reports, applications, forms, vouchers, records, etc.
• Provide information, assistance, and clarifications to interested parties concerning agency/institution programs, policies, and procedures.
• Compile financial information used by the supervisor to formulate budget proposals and monitor expenditures to ensure optimum operating efficiency.
• Assist supervisor by maintaining leave records, appointment calendar, and prioritizing incoming correspondence.
• Research and analyze data pertinent to work programs and/or institution goals and objectives and prepare reports explaining findings and recommendations.
• Review and answer or prepare correspondence relating to agency/institution programs and services.
• Assist in developing or revising policies, procedures, and directives based on research findings; submit to supervisor for approval.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS • Knowledge of keeping record procedures • Knowledge of the principles and practices of mathematics and statistics.
